2025 Belton 4th of July Parade Application
Please read the following information before continuing on to the application.
(The Parade Theme is "Celebrating 175 years of Bell County")

The deadline to apply is June 18, 2025.

Parade Safety Meeting: A representative from your group must attend one of the parade safety meetings.
- Saturday, June 21st, 10am
- Wednesday, June 25th, 6pm
- Meetings will be held at the Pittenger Fine Arts Center, 400 N. Wall Street, Belton. These meetings address safety, traffic flow, parade line-up instructions, route, etc. and you will receive your entry line-up numbers.

To complete your application, you must review & digitally sign your name on the application. You can find these forms in the application and registration verification email you will receive when you submit your application online. These forms can also be found on our website, beltonchamber.com.

Once your application has been submitted, please allow 5-7 business days for approval. If you have any questions, please call (254) 939-3551.

(There is an additional $50.00 late fee for those who apply after the deadline)

Entry Fees:

For-Profit Organization (Chamber Member) - $100
For-Profit Organization (Non-Chamber Member: Includes Chamber Membership Dues for one year for 1-10 Full-Time employees) - $350
Non-Profit Organization (Must Submit a 501 C3 Letter to qualify for this pricing) - $50
All Other (Car Clubs, Youth Sports Teams, Clubs, Candidates & Individuals) - $50
